We also have a very active Discord Server. It's a great place to find clubs, friends, and friendly and helpful players that are more than happy to answer your questions!

Help! I can't get money from my shops because they need an upgrade in Zoo 2: Animal Park!
Your shops will still earn money, even if they currently have an upgrade pin.

You won't see a pin to collect money until they have amassed a certain amount of money. If you want to collect money early, you can simply tap on the shop and select the button with the coins to collect the money amassed so far:

You can hide upgrade pins in the game settings (the gear in the bottom right corner) in the tab with the sliders.
How can I breed if both of my animals have the same sex in Zoo 2: Animal Park?
The solution is quite simple - you can change your animals' sex at will!

Just tap on the animal in question and tap on the sex symbol - this will magically switch it to the opposite sex.

How can I change my username in Zoo 2: Animal Park?
You can change your username in the game settings - the gear in the bottom right corner.

Just tap on Edit Profile and enter your desired username, then hit Confirm!
How can I change the language in Zoo 2: Animal Park?
You can change your language in the game settings. It's the gear/cog in the bottom right corner of the screen:

Go to the tab with the sliders:

Here, you'll see a language dropdown in the top right corner:

Just pick the language you want (either EN or US for English - it doesn't actually matter which, as they're the same) and exit the settings. The game will need to be reloaded, so exit the settings, thenclose and restart the app. The game should now appear in the desired language.
How can I complete the quest "A Noble Bird" (Eagle) in Zoo 2: Animal Park?
To unlock the eagle, you need to be on the quest "A Noble Bird." That's part of a quest series, which means you'll need to complete a couple of other quests first.

"A Noble Bird" is preceded by "Grump's Order" (breed a baby horse, release a baby horse into the wild, have a Kodiak bear), which in turn requires you to have completed "Detective Work" (breed a baby sheep, release a baby sheep into the wild).

If you haven't encountered either of those quests yet, work through older unfinished quests until you get them - focus on ones dealing with Gilbert Grump!
How can I complete the quest "Duck Pond" in Zoo 2: Animal Park?
When you first get the quest for the Mandarin Ducks, you'll only be able to buy one in the shop. The item limit in the shop will increase every 3 levels though.

If you don't want to wait that long, you can get around the shop limit by keeping an eye out for special offers, collecting and completing puzzle pieces of the Mandarin Duck, and by breeding Mandarin Ducks (once you have at least two).
How can I complete the quest "Gray Giant" (Elephant) in Zoo 2: Animal Park?
To get the quest "Gray Giant," which allows and requires you to buy an elephant, you need to complete the preceding quest - "It's so Fluffy!" (breed two alpacas), which in turn requires the quest "Grump's Confession" (breed two baby wolves).
How can I complete the quest "Three Wishes" (Himalayan Tahr) in Zoo 2: Animal Park?
The Himalayan Tahr unlocks at level 92, and you'll be able to buy an additional one every 5 levels; that means you can get your second one at level 97. You can also get around this limit by purchasing animals from special offers, or collecting puzzle pieces to get animals
How can I donate animals to the club contest in Zoo 2: Animal Park?
You can donate animals to the club in the contest tab of your club (the one with the winner's podium and the clock). Just tap on the "Donate Cards" button at the bottom. You should see the following pop-up:

The left option lets you buy animals and donate them straight to the contest; the right option shows you animals that you have in your inventory, and let's you submit those. Just select the amount you would like to donate, and hit the "Donate Cards" button.

Each animal you donate will give you points towards the contest (10 x the donated animal's level) as well as reputation points, which show your fellow club members how much you've contributed to the guild (you start off as a "Small Bunny", and can earn other titles such as "Clever Fox" or "Proud Lion").

You can check your club's current rank as well as the contest points earned by individual members by using the high score buttons in the contest window:

How can I exit the Terrarium House?
To leave the Terrarium House, simply click on the Transport Station (by default it's near the entrance!) and select the truck icon to travel back to your main zoo.

How can I get Diamonds in Zoo 2: Animal Park?
● The monthly reward calendar can give you Diamonds. If you've already collected the 25 rewards for the given month, you will get 1 Diamond every day for the rest of the month.
● Leveling up grants you Diamonds. Regular levels give one each; levels that end in 5 give 5 Diamonds, and "round" level-ups give the number of the level in Diamonds (for example, you get 30 Diamonds for reaching level 30).
● There are a number of quests that give Diamonds.
● Our Discord server (https://discord.gg/Fh6Jvc6) has weekly contests/raffles and occasional giveaways, so it's worth checking out. You can also earn Diamonds by responding to the news in the #news channel regularly.
● You can watch ads to earn Diamonds with the screen by the entrance. You get a Diamond for every 10 videos and can earn up to two every day.
● Of course, you can always purchase Diamonds for real money to support the game. Larger bundles give more bang for your buck.

Don't forget - you can get almost anything that costs Diamonds through the puzzle piece system. The only big exceptions are staff and some upgrades/expansions. You can trade puzzle pieces you don't need for tickets, which in turn can be used to complete items you do want. It's a good idea to save your Diamonds for expansions and shelter upgrades (you only need one of each kind, they can be moved around), and take care of animals and decorations with the puzzle pieces.
How can I get a brown pig/koala in Zoo 2: Animal Park?
There's a very rare chance to get a brown pig or koala when breeding regular-colored parents. It can take hundreds of breedings to get lucky with that, so it's not worthwhile to try for intentionally.

The chance of getting a brown koala or pig has nothing to do with your own level or the animals' levels and cannot be increased with fertility feed.

There are occasionally events that increase the chances of breeding color variants (either for all animals or certain species). If you're going for these rare coat colors, it's best to wait for one of those events!
How can I get more shops in Zoo 2: Animal Park?
As with other items, the shop limit for various shops will increase as you level up, eventually capping out at 3 for the carts, 2 for the medium-sized stalls, and 1 for the large shops.

Beyond this, you can get more shops from special offers (the Safari Restaurant is available as a special offer from time to time), and from puzzle pieces, which can be found in legendary chests.
How can I get the Red Poppy and Blue Gaura in Zoo 2: Animal Park?
The Red Poppy and Blue Gaura cannot be purchased in the shop, and that's intentional. They can be acquired exclusively through puzzle pieces from friendship boosters.
How can I hide Grandpa Willy's tips in Zoo 2: Animal Park?
Grandpa Willy likes to remind you how to water plants, take care of animals, or complete other small tasks around the zoo. If you're an experienced zoo owner that doesn't need his speech bubbles blocking the screen, you can simply hide them in the game settings.

Tap on the gear in the bottom right corner, and go to the tab with the sliders. Tick the box next to "Hide tips" and you're set!
How can I increase my chances at a successful breeding Zoo 2: Animal Park?
Once the breeding has begun, you can buy fertility food with Coins (once) or Diamonds (multiple times, gets progressively more expensive) to increase the chances of a successful breeding. If you do opt to spend Diamonds, it usually makes more sense to increase the chance a bit and try more often, rather than getting the chance as high you can go - that's the far more expensive route.

If your breeding failed, you will get a small boost towards your next breeding (usually equivalent to the animal's base breeding chance). This will keep being added for every failure until you get a baby; then the value will be reset to its base chance.
How can I invite friends in Zoo 2: Animal Park?
Once you have unlocked the friend feature, you can invite friends in the friendship menu (the button with the people on the right-hand side).

To invite a new friend, simply click on one of the green boxes. If you know other players, you can search for them with their support ID (but not their username!). You can share your support ID with real-life friends in the game setting.

If you don't know anyone yet, simply invite one of the suggested players in the orange boxes shown below (just tap on it!).

You will then need to wait for friends to accept your friend requests.

You can only have up to 16 friends total!

You can visit friends' zoos once a day to help them. You can do that either by tapping on your friends and then selecting the button with the hearts, or by opening the friendship menu and tapping on the heart icon in a friend's box, or by selecting the friend and tapping the big "help" button on the left side.

In your friends' zoos, you can help them with various tasks, such as chasing away crows (tap on them repeatedly!), distributing balloons to crying children (drag them balloons to them) or catching escaped animals (drag the net over them).
How can I leave my club Zoo 2: Animal Park?
If you are not the club's president, you can leave the club by doing the following:

1) Open your club info
2) Click on the club member list
3) Click on your avatar and press the button "Leave Club" to the left

If you're the president of the club, you need to pass on the leadership to someone else before you can take a leave. To do so, click on a member you want to make the president and use the "Change Role" button to promote them. Afterwards you can proceed as mentioned above in order to leave the club.
How can I link my Zoo 2: Animal Park game to an upjers account?
Linking your account to an upjers account is a great way to ensure you can always get back to your game, even on new devices!

To get started, just open the game settings - the gear in the bottom right corner:

You can release animals by clicking on them in their pen and selecting the button with an opened enclosure:

You'll be given the option to either sell or release the animal:

Selling an animal gives you Coins; releasing an animal gives you experience points. Of course, when a quest requires you to release an animal, only releasing (and not selling) will count.
How can I remove members from my club in Zoo 2: Animal Park?
If you're a President or a Minister, you can remove members in the member overview (the second to last tab) by tapping on the player you'd like to remove and using the "Change Role" button. Hit "Delete" to remove the member.
How can I remove/change enclosure expansions in Zoo 2: Animal Park?
It's not possible to move an enclosure expansion from one spot to another, but ou can remove enclosure expansions by tapping on an enclosure and selecting the enclosure expansion button (a diamond shape with little arrows around it) and buy a new one somewhere else.

At the bottom of your screen, you'll see three buttons - a green arrow to confirm expansion placement, an orange button to remove enclosure expansions and a red X button to exit expansion editing.

Simply select the orange button and tap where you would like to remove a part of the enclosure, and use the green button to confirm. You will be refunded a small amount of Coins when removing expansions.
How can I save my progress in Zoo 2: Animal Park?
Your progress in the game is saved automatically as long as you're playing with a working internet connection.

It is currently not possible to link your account to Facebook or Google (although Google does track achievements), but linking your account to an upjers account is a great way to ensure you can always get back to your game, even on new devices!

To get started, just open the game settings - the gear in the bottom right corner:

If you already have an upjers account because you've played other apps of ours (ie. Horse Farm, Rail World, My Free Farm 2, Stonies, etc.), you can simply pick the option "Log in with upjers account":

If this is your first upjers game, simply pick the option "Create upjers account":

You will be able to use your upjers account information to log into your account on any device that has Zoo 2: Animal Park installed. Just use the "Log in with upjers account" in the game settings.

How can I sell things in Zoo 2: Animal Park?
Once you have completed the tutorial (the first few levels), you can sell items and animals you don't need from your inventory (the top button - with the cards - in the bar on the right side of your screen).

To return items to your inventory, tap on them in your zoo and select the button with the arrow and the cards.

Just tap on the item you want to sell. An info window will pop up, and in the bottom right area you can determine how many of that item you want to sell. Just hit the red "Sell" button to confirm.

Selling items and animals will never give you as much as you paid for them (and never Diamonds), but it's still a good way to get rid of some excess junk.
How can I start Zoo 2: Animal Park over from the beginning?
App

The easiest way to start over is to uninstall the app and reinstall it. The game will ask you if you would like to continue your previous game or start over. Pick "Start Over" and you'll wind up in a fresh account :) Note: Doing this will delete the account you previously had on this device.

Browser Game & Steam

Unfortunately, you cannot start over yourself. However, we're happy to help you. Just contact us and let us know you'd like us to delete your account so you can start fresh!
How can I zoom out in Zoo 2: Animal Park?
App Version: You can rotate your view of the zoo by putting two fingers on the screen (a little bit apart) and swiveling one around a bit. You can move your fingers apart to zoom in, and together to zoom out.

Browser Version: Simply use your mouse wheel to zoom in and out.

Unfortunately, unless you have a very tiny zoo, it's not possible to zoom out far enough to actually be able to see your entire zoo. That would require way too much stuff being processed on the screen, and would likely lead to performance issues/crashes.

The Visitor Center (available in the shop for 30 Diamonds) may not provide you with a way to see the layout of your zoo, but it does let you see what you have and if every enclosure has the necessary equipment, which can go a long way too!
How do I breed animals in Zoo 2: Animal Park?
To breed animals, you need a breeding center in your zoo. This is unlocked at level 12. Once you have that, you'll need a male and a female of the same species in the same enclosure, and a shelter that has been upgraded to the appropriate level. Shelters can be purchased in the "Enclosures" tab of the shop, along with the other equipment for each specific enclosure type.

You can start a breeding in the enclosure by tapping on the the shelter and selecting the pacifier button, or by tapping on the breeding center and then the pacifier button there (just tap on a free breeding slot and choose the animal).

If you can't breed the animal, a pop-up showing you what you're missing will pop up; otherwise, you'll see a screen where you can select the male and female you would like to breed. Just tap on them! Tap on the "Start Now" button to begin. Once the breeding has begun, you can buy fertility food with Coins (once) or Diamonds (multiple times, gets progressively more expensive) to increase the chances of a successful breeding. The breeding will usually take several hours; once it has completed, you will see a notification.

If your breeding was successful, you'll be able to place your baby animal in an enclosure. If there's no room, or something else gets the way, it will wait for you in your inventory (the button with the cards in your main menu bar). If your breeding failed, you will get a small boost towards your next breeding.

Breeding animals also allows you to get higher level animals. When you breed two level 1 animals, the offspring will be level 2, and so on. Higher level animals attract more visitors, and will be required for some quests later in the game.
How do I build paths in Zoo 2: Animal Park?
You can purchase paths in shop under Buildings > Paths.

Paths can be placed and moved just like any other decoration.

Make sure that all of your enclosures and shops are next to a path AND that this path is connected to the main entrance. If there's a gap, you'll start seeing nasty red warning triangles.
How do I expand enclosures in Zoo 2: Animal Park?
Expanding enclosures is easy! Just tap on the enclosure you'd like to expand and select the button with the green field and the arrows pointing outwards from it.

This will expand your enclosure one square at a time. You'll probably need to expand several times before you have room for a new animal in the enclosure. You can see how many more expansions you need to place for another animal to have room at the bottom of the screen:

How do I expand my zoo in Zoo 2: Animal Park?
After completing the first few quests involving your neighbor, Gilbert Grump, you'll be able to buy adjoining pieces of land from him.

Around the edge of your zoo, you'll see little plots of land with signs on them.

Tap on the signs to see if you can already buy that piece of land (they unlock at different levels) and what it costs. Just confirm to purchase :)

How do I help friends in Zoo 2: Animal Park?
You can visit friends' zoos once a day to help them.

You can do that either by tapping on your friends and then selecting the button with the hearts, or by opening the friendship menu and tapping on the heart icon in a friend's box, or by selecting the friend and tapping the big "help" button on the left side.

In your friends' zoos, you can help them with various tasks, such as chasing away crows (tap on them repeatedly!), distributing balloons to crying children (drag them balloons to them) or catching escaped animals (drag the net over them).

If you're having trouble finding the next child/crow/runaway animal, just tap on the button next to the counter to jump to the next one!
How do I level up animals in Zoo 2: Animal Park?
Animals are leveled up through breeding.

If you breed two normal animals from the shop with one another, their offspring will be level 2. If you breed two level 2 animals, you'll get a level 3 animal and so on, and so on. If you breed animals with different levels, the babies will have the level of the higher animal.

You can see what level your animals have in the breeding menu, or simply by clicking on them.

How do I move things in Zoo 2: Animal Park?
You can move almost anything on your zoo by tapping on it and selecting the button with the arrow cross and rotation arrows.

This will activate movement mode. You can tap and drag the item where you'd like to have it. You can use the orange button at the bottom of the screen to rotate it.

Once you're happy with the placement, just click on the green checkmark button to confirm placement and leave movement mode again.

At level 25 you can also purchase the bulldozer for 50 Diamonds or 500,000. It allows you to mass move up to 50 items.
How do I unlock terrariums?
The Terrarium House can be purchased at level 30 for 70 Diamonds.

To unlock it, you must first complete the preceding quest "Dormouse in Distress" (obtained at level 28). Once you have done that, you'll be able to buy the Terrarium House in the Shop under Buildings > Feature.

Once built, clicking on the Terrarium House and selecting the mouse button will allow you to enter the Terrarium House.

The Terrarium House is essentially a whole zoo of its own, with a special focus on the smallest zoo critters. Your view will be zoomed in significantly so that you can enjoy this whole new world!

How do I use the Terrain Editor in Zoo 2: Animal Park?
The Terrain Editor can be unlocked in your inventory (the button with the cards in your main menu bar on the right side) at level 25 and up for either 50 Diamonds or 500,000 Coins.

You can use it by clicking on it in your inventory:

...and then selecting your desired terrain from the menu on the side:

Once you have have picked a terrain, you can just "paint" the ground with it. Like the bulldozer, the terrain editor requires Energy to use. You can see how much your current selection will cost in the center bottom of the screen, and how much you have available in the bottom right corner:

Once you are happy with your selection, just confirm with the green checkmark.

You can get more Energy for the bulldozer by buying it with the + in the bottom right corner. You'll also get Energy as rewards for quests, from the Prize Wheel and from the monthly calendar.
I bought Coins via PaysafeCard, but they haven't arrived yet.
If the debit wasn't successful, the amount of money is generally credited back to your code; therefore the money should still be on your card.

Please go to www.paysafecard.com

There you can check your credit and verify your turnovers.

Should the amount have been debited from your card, please state your PaysafeCard transaction ID as well as the date of your payment.

I can't find a specific player using the player search, and I can't send him messages or contracts.
All our game servers are entirely independent from each other. That is why it is unfortunately not possible, to transfer an account from one server to another, or trade and communicate between different servers.

You can only trade with players, if they are registered on the same server. If you would like to play on the same server as your friends and/or family or switch for different reasons, they need to register on your server, or you need to register on their server, and start from the beginning. Settings from one server cannot be transferred to another server. If you just want to talk to your friends while you are on-line, you can always do so via the forum as well!
I can't log into the forum.
Are you sure you're logging into the correct forums?

With the exception of Kapilands and Kapi Regnum, all of our Forums can now be found in the Portal. You can log in here with the same username and password you use for your games!
I didn't receive the activation mail with my login data.
Please check your spam and junk inbox. Maybe the activation e-mail is hiding there.

If you can't find the e-mail, please state your forum name and date and time of registration in your support request.

You will be sent a new activation e-mail.
I forgot on which server my account is registered.
If you saved your registration mail, this is no problem at all. Aside from your login data, it also contains the server info.

If you didn't save the registration mail, you can use the "Password forgotten?" function on every server. Along with the new password, you will be sent your server and the login data via e-mail. You can also try to log in on every server using the trial-and-error method until you have found your game server. Unfortunately, there is no other option.

If all that fails, you can still contact support to see if they might be able to help.

Keep in mind that in some of our older games, game accounts may be deleted after 180 days of inactivity.
I forgot the password to my upjers account for Zoo 2: Animal Park. How can I get a new one?
If your account is linked to an upjers account and you don't remember the password, you can request a new one here (a new tab will open in your browser).
I have transferred money via bank transfer in order to receive Coins. When will I get them?
Unfortunately we have no way of influencing the time the credit institutes take to process a transaction. This may take up to 3-5 working days, even if the money has been booked directly from your account, even longer in case of international transactions (our company seat is, as you may know, in Germany).

We generally credit all transfers the day they arrive on our account. Maybe your transactions is among today's arrivals. Should you have to wait longer than 10 working days until the Coins have been credited to your account, please check your entries, and contact us again, if you are certain you have used the correct data.

In this case please let us know the "reason for transfer" you have given in your bank transaction form, your User ID, the account holder's name and time/date of transaction.
I linked my game account to the Portal, but now I can't log in anymore!
Once you have connected an account to the Portal, you will need to use your Portal account information to log into your individual games, if you opt to log into them from their launch pages. Of course, you can easily log in via the "My Games" tab.

Some of our older games will require you to click a little portal button to use your Portal information to log in.
I lost my progress, what can I do?
If your account is linked to an upjers account, you can simply log back into your account in the game settings - the gear in the bottom right corner:

Just pick the option Log in with upjers account:

(Remember that the name of your upjers account is not necessarily the same name you had in the game - if you can't remember your upjers account name, you can check the registration e-mail you got when you signed up for the upjers account)

If your account was never linked to an upjers account, we may still be able to restore your progress for you. To do that, we'd need the support ID of your old account, and the support ID of the new account you wind up in (for this to "stick", you'll need to play at least up until the panda cutscene).

You can find your support ID in the game settings :

If you no longer have access to your old device/account, we may be able to find it with a username (if it was something unique) or with a transaction number from the Google Play Store if you've ever made a payment for the game. You would find this in the confirmation e-mail for the purchase, or in the Google Payments Center (payments.google.com). It would look something like this: GPA.1234-1234-1234-12345.

Just send us a ticket with the old and new support ID, and we'll swap them out for you!
I wanted to buy Coins/Diamonds/Dosh/Gold Bars/Cocoa Beans via debit (Webbilling), but I could not understand the voice on the phone.
If you didn't enter a PIN, your money wasn't debited. You can simply begin the payment process over.
I would like to delete my forum account.
The Forums are directly tied to the Portal; therefore, it isn't possible to delete just your forum account.
I would like to delete my forum account.
Forum accounts are now directly tied into your Portal account; the two cannot be separated, and therefore, it's impossible to delete just your forum account.
I would like to link an older game account to the Portal. How can I do that?
If you have a Portal account, any new game accounts you create will automatically be connected to the Portal. However, if you have an older account that isn't connected to the Portal yet, you can do that after the fact.

Just go to the "My Games" tab in the Portal.

You'll see a little "Link Existing Accounts" tab over the box with your games. Click on that.

Choose the game you would like to link an account from, and click on it. Enter your server and log-in information, and BAM, it's connected!

Please note: Sometimes difficulties arise if you have deleted Kapi Hospital/My Free Farm accounts and then try to link a new account. Contact support if this occurs!
I would like to transfer my account to another server.
You can of course register on another game server any time. Since our game servers are not connected, however, it is impossible to transfer accounts from one server to another. If you would like to play on another server, you need to register on that one separately.

You can close your current account or keep it, as you like. Coins, points and in-game money can unfortunately not be transferred.
Is the game good?
Yes, it's fantastic! We're sure you will enjoy it.
My account was reset to level 1! Where is my saved game?
Accounts do not get reset on their own. There are three reasons your account may appear reset:
  • You deleted your account via the Game Settings/Profile (this is pretty rare)
  • You are playing on the wrong server
    • A lot of our games have several game servers - make sure that you try all of them before you panic
  • You accidentally changed the language
Make sure that you're playing the game in the right language. Our games do not switch languages - each language is hosted on a different server, and if you change the language, you'll begin playing a completely new account. Some of the more bilingual among us might not even notice. You can find the dropdown to change languages in the top right corner of the screen:

My chest disappeared, how do I get it back Zoo 2: Animal Park?
If you get interrupted while opening a chest for whatever reason, the chest will be waiting for you next time you launch the game. So just close the app and relaunch the game - your chest should be there for you :)
My forum account has been banned.
If you have violated the forum rules on various occasions, you have probably been warned by one of our forum moderators already, and are now banned.

Should you not have received a warning from a moderator, you may have been blocked immediately because you have extremely violated the forum rules.

The reason and the length of your ban will be displayed when you log in.

Should neither of those things apply, please state your forum name as well as your email address in your support request; we will then examine your case.
The time display in the forum is incorrect after the switch of the daylight savings time.
Go to your "User Control Panel" in the forum and click on "Board preferences".

You can switch DST by ticking "Yes" or "No" respectively in the menu item "Summer Time/DST is in effect".
There are several players in our household, is there anything we need to look out for?
Please always follow this essential rule:

In order to ensure that all our players have the same chances within the game, all trades between players using the same internet connection (at home, at work, etc.) are expressly forbidden. We cannot make any exceptions here.

Of course it is always possible, that friends, colleagues and family members using the same internet connection are registered on the same server. In order to differentiate between these PC-user-communities and cheaters, it is unfortunately necessary that everyone sticks to this general rule.

If you do this, you can play on the same server without any problems. And let's face it, there really are plenty of other players that you can trade with as well.

Thanks a lot for your understanding and keep having fun playing!
What animal uses the Play Pond (Grassland) in Zoo 2: Animal Park?
The Play Pond is currently only used by Swans, Shoebills, Patas Monkeys, Beavers, and Alligator Snapping Turtles. Not all of these animals are always available in the game, some having been former event or bonus animals.

What are puzzle pieces in Zoo 2: Animal Park?
Puzzle pieces allow you to acquire items without purchasing them for Coins or Diamonds. You'll get them through treasure chests, level-up gifts from friends, from the monthly calendar, or, occasionally, as quest rewards. You can get the item pictured on a puzzle piece by either collecting enough pieces, or by buying missing pieces with tickets - a currency that you can get through the monthly calendar, or by exchanging unwanted pieces for them.

If you click on the puzzle piece in the main menu bar, you'll see all of the pieces you've collected, and how many tickets you have. You can trade in puzzle pieces you don't want for tickets ("Scrap"), and complete items that you do want with the tickets :)

To use tickets, simply pick a card you would like to get the remaining pieces for you in puzzle piece inventory (the puzzle piece in the main menu bar) and select the green "Complete" button.

This will either tell you how many tickets it will cost to complete and let you hit that button, or tell you you don't have enough tickets to complete it. In the latter case, it will let offer you to complete it for Diamonds instead.

What can I do if I lost my account progress in Zoo 2: Animal Park?
Did you have an upjers account?

If so, you can simply log back into your account using the "Log in with upjers account" option in the game settings (the gear in the bottom right corner).

If you don't remember your username or password, you can use the password reset link to request a new password. You will see your username too ("Hello _______!").

If you didn't have an upjers account...

We will need your old support ID and the support ID of the account you wind up in now. For this to be saved, you'll need to play the tutorial a bit until you get the baby panda.

If you don't remember your support ID, be sure to give us as much information about the account as you can. Useful information includes:

  • Your username
  • Your level
  • Any of your friends' names
  • Your club name
  • [For Android Users] If you made any payments via the Google Play Store, we should be able to find your account with a Google Play transaction number. You can find this in the confirmation e-mail for the purchase, or in the Google Payments Center (payments.google.com). It would look something like this: GPA.1234-1234-1234-12345
  • What does the Visitor Center in Zoo 2: Animal Park do?
The Visitor Center a special building that can be purchased in the shop for 30 Diamonds under Buildings > Feature.

    - Animal Overview: Shows you the animals you have, and if they have all of the equipment for their enclosure. Tapping on them brings you to the enclosures.

    - Zoo Statistics: Shows you statistics about your zoo, such as how many quests you've completed, how many animals/decorations/enclosures/etc. you have, and some other things (akin to what you can see about your friends).
What is a plains enclosure in Zoo 2: Animal Park?
Plains enclosures are enclosures for animals that live in plains habitats.

You can find plains enclosures in the shop. If you tap on the "Enclosures" heading in the shop, you'll see a number of tabs along the left-hand side denoting different enclosure types. The second tab (with the three bushels of grass) has plains enclosures and suitable equipment for them.

Enclosure equipment can only be placed in the matching type of enclosure. So if you have a "Trough (Plains)" it can only be placed in a plains enclosure, not in a grassland or a forest enclosure.
What is energy (the lightning bolts) in Zoo 2: Animal Park?
Energy is power for the bulldozer and terrain editor features, which can each be unlocked in your inventory at level 25 for 50 Diamonds or 500,000 Coins.

The bulldozer allows you to return multiple items to your inventory at once, or move clusters of decorations together, allowing for easier redecorating.

You can select up to 50 items at once to move or return to your inventory. To select items, just tap on them, or tap and drag to select a larger area. You can use the orange buttons in the middle to swap between moving the camera, selection mode, and movement mode. Hit the green check mark to confirm when you're done :)

The bulldozer requires energy to use - each item costs one energy to move. You can purchase energy in various bundles ranging from 100 energy for 1 Diamond to 1250 energy for 10 Diamonds. You can also get it from the prize wheel, monthly calendar and as a reward for certain quests.

The terrain editor can use it by clicking on it in your inventory:

...and then selecting your desired terrain from the menu on the side:

Once you have have picked a terrain, you can just "paint" the ground with it. Like the bulldozer, the terrain editor requires Energy to use. You can see how much your current selection will cost in the center bottom of the screen, and how much you have available in the bottom right corner:

Once you are happy with your selection, just confirm with the green checkmark.

You can get more Energy for the bulldozer/terrain editor by buying it with the + in the bottom right corner. You'll also get Energy as rewards for quests, from the Prize Wheel and from the monthly calendar.

Energy that you've already earned before acquiring the bulldozer/terrain editor will be waiting for you when you unlock the feature. It's not possible to have energy exchanged for something else.
What is the Zoo Academy in Zoo 2: Animal Park and how do I use it?
The Zoo Academy is a premium account feature that allows you to unlock daily gifts, and extra perks and bonuses for your zoo, when you activate it with Diamonds. These include experience bonuses for various enclosure types and activities in your zoo, increases to money earned from shops, daily gifts of treasure chest pieces, and later even bonuses to various aspects of breeding.

When you hit level 10, Madame Yu, the director of the Zoo Academy will introduce herself and present you the first few tasks. You can complete regular tasks to earn Mastery Points (depicted as scrolls in quest rewards) towards a Zoo Mastery Level. Mastery Levels will will increase the number and types of perks you can unlock for your zoo when you pay for a Zoo Academy membership.
Without a membership, you can still earn points and increase your Mastery level, but you won't enjoy any of the benefits.

You can find Madame Yu's tasks in your quest book (click on Grandpa Willy --> button with the book) while they are active; they will also appear as bubbles on the left side of your screen:

Once you complete them, you will receive some Mastery Points, and a timer will appear on the golden button on the left side of the screen - that's how long it will take for the next quests to show up.

You check your current Mastery Level by clicking on the golden button with Madam Yu's face on the left side of the screen and clicking on the "Level Overview" button in the Zoo Academy window:

Once you have completed enough of Madame Yu's quests to reach Mastery Level 1, you will receive a free 7-day trial membership. You can activate this by hitting the big "Activate Membership" button at the bottom of the Zoo Academy window, and selecting the free 7-day membership in the middle:

When you first activate your membership, you will be presented with a partially filled out stamp card:

You can fill out the rest by buying 30-day membership bundles. Once you have filled out the entire stamp card, you will get an exclusive animal reward! You can check your progress by tapping on the stamp card button in the Zoo Academy window:

With an active membership, you'll be able to collect your daily bonuses by tapping on the button with the gift in the Zoo Academy overview:

In the beginning, this will only be pieces of a Rare Chest, which you can find and complete in your puzzle piece collection (the puzzle piece in the main menu bar). It takes 7 pieces to complete one chest.

As you earn more Mastery Levels, you will notice their are three tiers of Mastery Levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Levels 1-14 fall under the Bronze tier, 15-49 are Silver, and 50+ are Gold.

You will only be able benefit from the bonuses a Mastery Level provides if you have reached that level and have an appropriate membership.

If you have earned Mastery Level 17, but only have a Bronze membership, only the bonuses from the Bronze tier (Levels 1-14) will be active for you. You can extend and/or upgrade your membership by clicking on the green + next to your membership timer in the Zoo Academy window:

You can browse between membership tiers by using the orange arrows on the side of the window:

    Where are my bonus animals?
The animals you receive as a bonus gift for purchasing Diamonds will generally be in your inventory.

If you selected an animal that needs to be kept in a Terrarium (such as the Numbat or Sugar Glider), this will only appear in your inventory while you are inside the Terrarium House; you will not see it in your inventory if you are in the main zoo.
Where are the prizes from my Advent Calendar?
The puzzle pieces from the Advent Calendar can be found in your puzzle piece collection (the puzzle piece in the main menu bar on the right side of the screen).

The filters in the puzzle piece overview usually don't work on items that aren't available in the shop, so if you don't see the items in the decorations tab, simply browse the "All" category.
Where can I find my payment ID in Zoo 2: Animal Park?
Your payment ID is a unique identifier for your account. It can be found in your game settings (the gear in the bottom right corner of the screen).

It is necessary for certain services that involve crediting Diamonds (like the news bots in Discord and Telegram). It cannot be used to find out any information about your payments though, so no need to worry!
Where can I find my support ID in Zoo 2: Animal Park?
Your support ID is a unique identifier for your account, consisting of six characters. You can see it in the top left corner of the loading screen and in the game settings (the gear in the bottom right corner).

Note: Your support ID may also include dashes (-) and underscores (_) - these are part of the ID!
Where can I find my upjers ID in Zoo 2: Animal Park?
Your upjers ID is a unique identifier for your upjers account. Each of your accounts in upjers games will still have IDs of their own though.

If your Zoo 2: Animal Park account is linked to an upjers account, you can see your upjers username in the game settings in the bubble with Grandpa Willy, but the numerical ID can only be seen if you log in on our website.

We do not need your upjers ID to find your account when you submit a support ticket. Just be sure to provide either your support ID or payment ID.
Where can I get animals with different coat colors in Zoo 2: Animal Park?
Some special coat colors (the brown sheep, white goat, and dapple gray horse) come from quests. You unlock these once you have completed all of the basic breeding quests in the game.

There are also some coat colors (like the brown pig and the brown koala) which were prizes in events.

Both of these two types (quest and event coat colors) have a very small chance to occur when you breed two normal colored parents. It's probably not worth trying to breed for them, since it may take thousands of attempts, but you might just get really, really lucky. Occasionally, there are events that increase the chances of breeding these rare color variants.

Lastly, there is a series of special coat colors (like the black-and-white rabbit, the white moose, and the silver fox) which can be obtained by completing collections. To access collections, you'll need a Visitor Center which can be purchased for 30 Diamonds in the shop under Buildings > Special Buildings.

Collections will require you to have certain animals (or specific animals at certain levels) to unlock these special colors.

The coat colors from collections cannot be obtained randomly through breeding - you need to have at least one special-colored parent, and even then the chance to get special offspring is only in the low double digits.
Why am I not getting all of the benefits I unlocked for the Zoo Academy in Zoo 2: Animal Park?
Zoo Academy Perks are divided into three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold.
You can unlock perks at any time by completing Madame Yu's tasks, but you will only actively benefit from perks you have a suitable subscription for.

Perks from mastery levels 1-14 will be activated with a bronze membership. To enjoy the perks unlocked by mastery levels 15-49, you'll need to upgrade a silver membership, and perks for mastery level 50+ require a gold membership.

You can upgrade your membership that by clicking on the + to extend your membership in the main menu, and browsing to the right with the arrows at the side of the window.

If you still have remaining time in a lower tier, this will be factored in, saving you Diamonds on the higher tier membership. Your lower tier membership will be gone though.
Why am I not getting video ads?
In games that have video ads, the availability of video ads can be determined by several factors:

    • Operating system - Most video ad providers do not support Amazon, so video features are frequently not available on Kindle devices.
    • Daily View Restriction - Most games only allow you to watch a certain number of videos per day; some also limit the intervals between. You should usually see a timer showing you when you can watch videos again.
    • Location - Some providers limit videos by location, or only cater to certain regions.
    • Devices and Other Data - Some third parties will collect usage data from views (see our data privacy statement in the game); it is possible that they may limit which videos are shown to certain users based on this.
Why am I on the black list?
Being on the black list just means that you can't receive e-mails from us anymore (with the exception of support e-mails). Usually, you wind up on there because you unsubscribed from our newsletters or other mails, but you can also end up on our blacklist by marking our e-mails as spam or not being able to receive e-mails (for instance, if your inbox is over capacity).

If you would like to be removed from our blacklist, all you need to do is explicitly ask us to do so (something like "Please remove my e-mail address (xxx@xxx.com) from the black list.")
Why are my animals not moving in Zoo 2: Animal Park?
If your animals are barely moving (and all facing the same direction), the game probably detected that your device doesn't have enough RAM to handle all the activity in the game, and enabled the reduced animations mode.

You can switch back to the regular animations in the game settings. Tap on the gear in the bottom right corner, and go to the second tab (with the slider icon). Simply remove the checkmark next to "Reduced animations" and then restart the game.

Please note that your game may begin to struggle if you force it to run with full animations.

Why are my visitors decreasing in Zoo 2: Animal Park?
Visitors fluctuating in Zoo 2: Animal Park is a natural mechanic. Visitors don't like a neglected zoo. If you have animals in need of care, plants that need to be watered, or trash all over the place, less visitors will come.

If you click all of your animal care, watering and trash pins, you'll see the visitor bar fill again, and the number of visitors will start increasing again. Keeping your zoo ship-shape is key to your success!

If you want to increase the total possible amount of visitors you can have, be sure to get more decorations and animals!
Why are the points in the club ranking different from what the pop-up said in Zoo 2: Animal Park?
The reputation points you see in the pop-up after donating animals increase your standing (member rank) in the club - this can be seen with the little icons that appear next to your name:

Rank 1: Small Bunny is your base rank.
Rank 2: Clever Fox is unlocked at 500 reputation points.
Rank 3: Mischievous Monkey is unlocked at 1500 reputation points.
Rank 4: Mighty Bear is unlocked at 3000 reputation points.
Rank 5: Proud Lion is unlocked at 5500 reputation points.

These ranks are just cosmetic, and let the rest of your club now that you're an active contributor to the club.

The points that go towards the contest are calculated differently: You get 10 points (* animal level) per donated animal. So regardless of whether you donate a level 1 rabbit or a level 1 horse, you will get 10 points per animal. If you donate a level 3 animal (that you bred), you will get 30 points.

Additionally, the top three donors get a multiplier on their donations. The player with the most donated animals gets their score multiplied by four; the second highest gets their points multiplied by three; the third highest gets their points multiplied by two.
Why are there warning signs over my shops and enclosuresin Zoo 2: Animal Park?
If you're seeing red pins with a warning triangle over shops and enclosures, these are not connected to the entrance via a path.

Make sure you not only have paths next to all of your shops and enclosures, but also that these paths are connected to the zoo's main entrance. It's a good idea to rotate the zoo and follow the paths with your fingers to make sure there aren't any gaps anywhere.

You can purchase paths in shop under Buildings > Paths. Paths can be placed and moved just like any other decoration.
Why can't I buy more animals/decorations in Zoo 2: Animal Park?
There are limits to how many of each item you can buy in the shop. With the exception of some special buildings (like the breeding center and the administrative building), this limit increases as you level up, so you'll be able to get more animals later on. If you're at the beginning of the game, try earning some experience by placing other items or taking care of your animals so that you can level up and buy more.

You can also get around this limit by purchasing animals from special offers, or collecting puzzle pieces to get animals :)
Why can't I get my Diamonds for Zoo 2: Animal Park from Uppy in Discord?
To redeem Diamonds from Uppy (the bot in Discord), you need to use your payment ID. You can find that in your game settings (the gear in the bottom right corner). It is longer than your support ID and consists only of numbers.
Why can't I log into my account?
There are a couple of reasons why you might have trouble logging into your account. Here are several possible solutions for your problem:

    • Are you sure that you have chosen the right server? You need to choose the server you registered on, if you want to log into the game. If you are unsure which server you are registered on, please check your registration confirmation mail. Please also note that our game is available in several languages. So please make sure that really have selected the US-American version, or that you indeed are registered on the US-American version.

    • If you are certain that you have chosen the correct URL and server, please verify that
you have entered your login name and password correctly. There should be no unnecessary spaces. These may have been added accidentally, if you have copy/pasted the password.
Also note that the password is case-sensitive. So please check that you haven't accidentally turned on your key lock.

    • In case forgot your password, please use the option "forgot password", and you'll automatically be sent a new one. Use that one, to connect to the game. You can later on change it in your in-game Profile. If you don't receive the email with your new password, please check your Spam-Folder.

    • Please also note that your login name may differ from your user name (depending on the game you are registered on). Your user name is the name that is displayed within the game, in order to connect to the game, you need to use the login-name.

    • We also run nightly backups some time between 2 and 5 am CET/CEST (Central European (Summer) Time). If you're experiencing issues at that time of day, it's likely they are just temporary. Try again a bit later!

If you are still unable to connect to the game, please contact us again, if possible, by giving us the exact error message you receive when trying to log in!
Why can't I place enclosures in Zoo 2: Animal Park?
Are you sure you have room to place enclosures? Your zoo is bounded by little lines of rocks. If you try to place items beyond the border marked off by those rocks, you'll be told you don't have any room. You'll need to expand your zoo to use those areas.

Why can't I place my animals Zoo 2: Animal Park?
To place a new animal in the zoo, you'll need to have a suitable enclosure with enough space. It's also important that the enclosure is right next to a path, and that this path can be reached from the main entrance.

Simply drag the animal you want from your inventory (the top button in the side menu bar) or shop (the button with the shopping cart) into the enclosure and confirm with the green checkmark button at the bottom of the screen.

Note: There is a limit to how many of each animal you can buy in the shop. This will increase every few levels, so if you can't buy more of a given species yet, just wait a few levels!
Why can't I place my play equipment in Zoo 2: Animal Park?
Generally, there are 3-4 types of play equipment for each enclosure type (for example, grass enclosures have one that looks like a log, one that's a bar over two rocks, a pond, and one that's a tree with a ball). Which one goes into an enclosure depends on the animals you have in it. You can always tap on an enclosure with animals and select the "i" to see which equipment it needs.
Why didn't I get stamps for extending my Zoo Academy membership in Zoo 2: Animal Park?
You will only get stamps for extending with the 7 day membership (silver, gold) 30 day membership (all tiers) while your Zoo Academy membership is still active. If you buy a shorter membership or your previous membership has expired, you will not get any stamps.
Why is my grassland enclosure achievement not giving credit in Zoo 2: Animal Park?
The grassland enclosure counts the enclosures you bought and placed. However, your zoo started out with three enclosures, and those don't count towards the achievement.

You can still place more grassland enclosures and remove them later, or you can put some of the animals you already have in there (sooner or later your enclosures will be full anyway, since there's a limit to how many animals of the same kind can be kept in a single enclosure).
Why was my calendar reset in Zoo 2: Animal Park?
The monthly calendar changes every month. You have to log on at least 25 days of a given month of earn the grand prize.

At the start of every month, you'll get a new calendar - and a chance at a new grand prize.

Keep in mind that the game uses Central European (Summer) Time, so the "days" may be off by a few hours for you.
