Age Verification Issues
New legislation in several countries now requires us to verify that players are 16 years of age or older, in accordance with our terms and conditions.
My Child (under the age of 16) is now locked out!
Unfortunately, we cannot restore access for them.
I (16+) accidentally entered an incorrect age - how can I get my account back?
➡️If you have an upjers account:
Uninstall and reinstall the game. If prompted, opt to continue your game. If you wind up in a fresh account, use the "Login with upjers Account" option in the game settings to log back in.
➡️If you didn't have an upjers account:
We will need the support ID or payment ID of both your old and current account (play until level 3 for the ID to stick) to restore the account.
If you do not know your old support ID, we may be able to find your account with a combination of the following information:
- Your username
- Your level
- Any unique friends' names
- Your club name
- The model of the device you last played on
- Google only: Transaction (GPA) numbers of past payments
